2-Way Radio Recording
(Analogue, Digital and VoIP)

Call Recording your radio traffic

Call Tech Two-Way Radio Recording Overview

Call Tech Pty Ltd is one of Australia's leading call recording companies. We have been supplying and supporting call recording in Australia for the last 5 years.

Call Tech's Red Box solutions are suitable for a highly flexible range of two-way radio applications - analogue, digital, VoiP or any combination of these.

Call Tech have supplied and currently service (and thus fully support) radio call recording systems in a wide range of organisations.

Radio recording

Two-Way Radio recording enables mission critical agencies to search for and replay radio traffic.

Event reconstruction provides powerful, flexible advanced functionality for real events to be reconstructed exactly as they occurred, allowing the user to sort, select and replay all recordings concurrently. The results of which can be analysed, distributed and saved as specific case files for further investigation or analysis.

Red Box solutions provide native integration with most radio systems, from traditional analogue systems, through to the most advanced fully-digital solutions. That’s because they support all interface types.

The audio interface can be achieved via a traditional E1 or PCM connection or, on the latest-generation systems, via an IP interface.

Most radio system vendors offer additional radio data from the solution; again Red Box systems link to these interfaces – offering PTT information such as Talk Group, Radio ID, Alias (ISSI) and system information such as emergency call details.

No limitations

Red Box offers unlimited flexibility: all their solutions provide a single converged server for traditional TDM telephony and VoIP interfaces.

The solution can support concurrently TDM capacity up to the server limitations (number of PCIx slots) and up to 256 channels of VoIP. A system with 480 channels of E1 and 256 channels of IP is therefore easily achievable.

The solution records, stores and archives all voice recordings and associated data (CTI or other) in the same way, providing consistency across your communications infrastructure.
